Eight Week at SLMC Ü

I was assigned to borrow the camera at Employee Relation and Labor Department (ELRD), call up Noodle King for some changes in order and date for Human Resources staff's, route documents, answer telephone calls, and file traineeship profile and agreement papers. I and Nica were absent last Feb. 1, 2013 for having a Graduation pictorial on our school.

Seventh Week at SLMC Ü

I helped Sir Paolo to assist those new trainees for their orientation, follow-up calls for the AMIT participants, encode the Learning Journal of the Doctor's from their past program they've attended. I also assist our new co-OJT Marvin for the things we do everyday. I taught him to use the Xerox Machine, to route documents and on how to answer telephone calls using the "Telephone Script".
Everyday I learned a lot from our work. I did some errors but, it doesn't let me to feel down rather it makes me more eager to do my work well.

Sixth Week at SLMC Ü

I was assigned to have a follow-up call for the external training from Engineering Department, for the Statement of account on the programs of MET Section, answer telephone calls, route documents and call-up Associate Management In Transition (AMIT) participants for the AMIT Pre-Assessment Exam. Everyday has a new learning from our work that we wouldn't and shouldn't forget.

Fifth Week at SLMC Ü

Ms. Lady our immediate supervisor always put our tasks on our Daily Work Logs.

That's why we know already what we should do for the whole day. I route documents, encode some grades or profile of the participants in every programs, follow up calls, .
I always accomplished my tasks that were given by our supervisors. I learned how to Multi- task works but I have to be careful for the things I'm doing.

Fourth Week at SLMC Ü

Happy New Year! Ü
The vacation is over and we need to comeback on our work.
I shred papers that aren't needed anymore, fix things from our table.
I was assigned to make a new concept for our two bulletin boards and should present to Ms. Bernadette "Ms. Burn" our Supervisor on the next day.
I did a Phone Brigade for "Management Development Program" a program for the Doctor's of SLMC that will be handled by the SLMC Global City (GC).

Third Week at SLMC Ü

I was absent last Dec. 17, 2012 (Monday) for being at school.
I know it’s my fault for not telling Ms. Lady or even Mr. Paolo that I wouldn't be
able to go to OJT that day. The next day, I apologize to my supervisor and she told me that she don't want to happen it again.
I learned from my mistake that's why I told myself that I wouldn't do it again.
We've been so busy on filing traineeship agreements, Evaluation of the trainees and certificate of completion. I was assigned to tally those trainees in different colleges who were deployed for the year 2012.
Our vacation starts at Dec. 22, 2012 and we are told that we can comeback at Jan. 2, 2013 so we can enjoy our vacation.

2nd Week at SLMC Ü

In my second week of OJT, we are assigned to make the logistics for the upcoming program entitled "Transformational Leadership Workshop" for SLMC Managers. I was assigned to be the one who'll assist Ms. Lady our immediate supervisor to assist her in the program. While in the program I also learned a lot from Ms. Ging Igual the speaker. Because of that I was given an assignment by Ms. Lady to do a Reaction Paper regarding those things I learned from Ms. Ging. After that for the whole week I did a Phone Brigade, Route documents. I've been busy and experienced a lot of responsibility but all things that I've learned is worth it.

My First Week experience at SLMC

In my first week of my OJT at St. Luke's Medical Center I had a mixed emotion at first.
I'm excited, nervous, and I even don't know what to do. I was assigned at Management, Education and Training Section in Training, Development and Education Department where training's and programs are being organized for the managers, doctors and even the whole staffs of SLMC.
In my first day I and Nica were oriented by Mr. Paolo Mallari one of our boss in MET Section. He taught us every detail about SLMC and especially the divisions and those people in their organization chart. He also taught us the "Telephone Script" like "Thank you for calling (the department) this is (your name) how may I help you? My first task was to have a Phone Brigade to the managers, section manager and associate director of each division for the Program that they would've attend. I learned to adjust myself for the first week of being a trainee of SLMC and it's not that hard. :)
